GUARANTEE:
All Kaowz products come with a lifetime warranty on their raw materials and manufacturing.
It is the consumer's sole responsibility to use, handle and care for the purchased product. Kaowz is not responsible for the misuse, negligence or poor judgment of a user owner regarding our products.
Kaowz guarantees the original owner a product manufactured in-house, using quality materials and free from defects in finish and/or manufacturing. Kaowz will repair or replace, at Kaowz's sole option, any knife returned for warranty purposes, provided it is deemed defective by Kaowz within the standards of technical evaluation, at no additional cost to the customer. The knife must be sent by the owner, prepaid and insured, to the shipping company or post office, accompanied by the Registration Certificate, original invoice, billing or credit receipt, or any satisfactory proof of the original purchase date. The facts of the damage must also be reported at the time of warranty claim, with a detailed breakdown of the time and occasion of the damage.
FORM OF ACTIVATING THE WARRANTY:
Please send an email to kaowzfacas@gmail.com to formalize and notify the return, at which point the warranty claim process will begin. This process must be completed before shipping the product to the shipping company or post office, as prior contact is necessary to better understand the situation and find the quickest and most effective solution for both parties. Therefore, Kaowz will be responsible for the initial contact and will cover the return shipping and insurance costs for all valid claims.

WHAT IS COVERED:
This warranty covers all replacement parts, labor, and return shipping for a good-faith, legitimate claim meeting the quality standards of the services and products related to the provision of the service.
The parties acknowledge that the warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, sharpening, damage caused by negligence, recklessness, or incompetence of the consumer or third parties linked to them, misuse, or failure to perform routine and/or necessary maintenance. Disassembly of any product by anyone other than Kaowz's service department will void the warranty.
PREVENTION AND CANCELLATION OF WARRANTY:
Do not use your product as a screwdriver, pry bar, chisel, or punch. Do not throw, toss, or use it for any purpose other than its intended cutting purpose. Do not disassemble your knife if you are unsure how to reassemble it correctly and without prior authorization from Kaowz. Do not sharpen your knife on an electric grinder. Any of these actions may void the product warranty.
THE MINIMUM CHARGE TO REPAIR A KNIFE IN CASES WHERE THE WARRANTY IS VOID IS R$100.00 REAIS, INCLUDING THE VALUE OF REPLACEMENT PARTS.
Repair or replacement as provided in this warranty is the consumer's sole remedy. Kaowz will not be liable for any incidental, reliance, or consequential damages arising from a breach of the warranty terms, whether express or implied, relating to the purchase of the product(s), including any damage to person(s) or property(ies). Kaowz's liability under any circumstances is limited to the purchase price for repair of the purchased product. Any improper use of the product, if it is for purposes other than its intended use, is the sole responsibility of the generating agent, whether the direct consumer or a related third party. This warranty grants you specific legal rights contained therein, and may be modified in accordance with applicable law.
RETURN POLICY :
Kaowz is dedicated to customer satisfaction. If your purchase doesn't meet your needs for any reason, you can return the item for an exchange or refund. Simply contact us at kaowzfacas@gmail.com for instructions on how to return the product. The following conditions apply:
The return must be initiated within 3 business days of the customer receiving the product.
Shipping is non-refundable;
A restocking fee of R$20.00 applies (provided the item is repackaged to factory standards and is free from wear and tear);
Returns are only accepted on items with a minimum purchase price of R$250.00;
Return shipping is the customer's responsibility;
No sharpening, wear or use may be apparent upon return (to receive credit must be in original factory condition and packaging).
SHIPPING POLICIES:
The shipping of products, sent by Kaowz or forwarded to it, will be the sole responsibility of the customer and varies according to weight, size, shipping type and location.
In cases where shipping is due to warranty or error, Kaowz will reimburse the costs related to returning the product.
All items will be shipped with respective shipping insurance.
FINAL PROVISIONS
Kaowz products are intended for use only as cutting tools, as they are legitimately and traditionally known. Kaowz knives and other products are warranted as expressly contained in this document. Kaowz disclaims all warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose other than as cutting tools. There are no comprehensive or comprehensive warranties that extend beyond the description contained herein.
Returns resulting from the activation of the lifetime warranty - Shipping costs will be refunded for validated claims.
Please contact us by phone or email at kaowzfacas@gmail.com to notify us of your return and the reason for it. Please include a valid phone number, email address, and the best time to call. We'll email or call you with return instructions.
After receiving the returned merchandise from Kaowz, with due validation by the company, we will inspect the item(s) and issue the refund via bank transfer or PIX, as applicable. The normal inspection and refund period is up to 10 (ten) business days.
