Furthermore, this structure allows for a higher machining depth , resulting in impressive cutting power, especially for a compact blade like this one, which has a 6.5 cm cutting edge and a total length of 16 cm .

Another difference in this design is the negative angle of the grip in relation to the back line , which amplifies the energy in each movement, optimizing the speed and strength of the blows .

Constructed with 3.25mm of time-tested SAE 52100 steel , which has been used in industry since 1905, it is renowned for delivering high wear resistance. With its 60-61HRC hardness, it offers excellent edge retention and surprising toughness . This configuration was designed exclusively for defense and soft tissue cutting , delivering a blade with finer cutting edges and high machinability . The result? The 6mm thick Micarta Coyote handle is fixed with 4mm diameter screws and nuts, and its design provides firmness, comfort and safety in all ways of holding this tool.

This configuration's finish is Black Stone Washed. Because it's a high-carbon steel, approximately 1% of the composition, this finish, in addition to the classic and unique hot-oxidized aesthetic, will primarily increase resistance to oxidation and the appearance of stains with use. However, it's still a steel that requires care, such as always cleaning and drying the blade thoroughly to prevent oxidation.
