After a long hiatus in the production of our barbecue line, we took the opportunity to do something we really enjoy: refining the simple.

Instead of creating something fancy and complex, we prefer this idea of ​​taking something simple that works and improving it, improving it again, until it becomes very difficult to get better.

And that's what we did with this knife, which now has more anatomical curves in the handle and a different angle of inclination in relation to the edge, which relieves tension in the hand and arm when performing movements and allows for a much more complete grip with a touch that transmits strength and robustness.

The cutting edge has also received an updated angle, which now has a slight arch, increasing the use of every millimeter of the blade during cutting and also increasing the durability of the sharpening.

The construction is our classic Full Tang, which now features weight relief in the grip, increasing functionality without losing presence.

The Graphite Micarta splints are fixed with stainless steel screws and nuts and glued with a specific resin, which means these splints aren't going anywhere, not before your great-great-grandson throws many barbecues for his children.
