The cutting edge has also received an update in the angle which now receives a slight arch, increasing the use of every millimeter of the blade during cutting and also increasing the durability of the sharpening .

Built in Sandvik 14c28n stainless steel with 3.25mm thickness and 60hrc Full Tang , which now has weight relief in the handle , increasing functionality without losing presence.

The Imbuia wood splints are fixed with stainless steel screws and nuts and glued with a specific resin, which means these splints are not going anywhere, not before your great-great-grandson makes many barbecues for his children.
